Design & samples
Yes, we have team of talented designers to help make your merch look amazing – and it’s all included in our basic pricing.
Ideally, we’d like them in Adobe Illustrator format .eps or .ai, but we can work with other formats if you can’t get your hands on these.
Yes! We do this all the time. In fact, if you go to our inspiration page, you’ll see how we’ve brought our amazingly talented customers’ hand drawn images to life on bags, bottles, toys and all kinds of things.
We always create a mock-up for you before we start. It helps you see how your design will look and it means we’re delivering exactly what you expect. It’s a win-win.
We can provide you with an unbranded sample. If we don’t have stock, and need to order a sample for you, there will be a small charge. But we get it. Sometimes you just want all the feels before you make a decision.
If you want to touch and feel lots of different merch, visit our office. We’ll show you a merch smorgasbord from our amazing collection. And we’ll make you a coffee!
For an additional charge we can usually create printed samples too. Just talk to us about your specific requirements and we’ll work with you to deliver exactly what you need.
Ordering & delivery
Most products are delivered within 2-3 weeks from sign off of artwork. We do have a range of merch we can turn around in just a few days.
If you’re ordering something completely customised and we’re making it in one of our offshore factories, you will have to wait around 10-12 weeks. But it’ll be worth it. Promise.

Of course. Nobody wants to be re-packing boxes and applying labels all day!
We’ll send your merch wherever it needs to go. Just let us know how many products you want delivered and to whom, and let us do the rest.
If you’re on an account with us, you’ll have 7 days to pay your invoice, which will be issued on the day we send out your merch.
New customers will need to pay a 50% deposit and the balance before delivery.
If you’ve ordered completely custom merch from one of our offshore factories, we will issue a 50% deposit invoice before we start the job, and invoice you for the balance once we deliver the goods.
We accept bank transfer or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
There is a 1.5% surcharge for credit card payments.
