Terms and Conditions

  • Ideas and campaigns presented by Modern Promotions are classified as commercial information and as such are protected by appropriate IP laws. The reproduction or forwarding of our campaign and ideas without our written consent is prohibited.

  • Minimum order value is $500.00 plus GST. Orders under that value will be invoiced a surcharge of $20.00 + GST.

  • Any design or artwork preparation required as part of an order will be charged per half hour.

  • Warehousing of product after job is complete may be charged per cubic metre, per month.

  • Samples will be invoiced at retail value and credited if returned in saleable new condition within 14 days.

  • Prices are subject to alteration at any time and will be confirmed upon placement of order. E.&O.E

  • We endeavour to supply as per quantity ordered, however, we reserve the right to supply a variation of  +/- 5%.

  • PMS colour matching applies to high quality art paper, other mediums will be matched as closely as possible.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION: Should an order be cancelled before an artwork approval is provided then a 10% cancellation fee applies. After an artwork approval has been provided but not yet approved, then a 25% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation of an order after approval of artwork may or may not be possible but a minimum 50% and up to a 100% cancellation fee would be applicable and must be confirmed with the Account Manager.
